We will replace your fully coated prescription lenses should they break or get scratched for any reason within one year of the original purchase date. This is a one-time replacement guarantee.

Within 60 days of the purchase date, prescription lenses may be exchanged for other lenses, including contact lenses. Within the same 60-day period, you may exchange your frame for a different frame. If new lenses are required to fit the new frame, the cost will be 50% of the regular retail price.**

If you feel persistent discomfort or have difficulty adapting to your contact lenses, within 60 days of the original purchase date, we will replace your lenses with different lenses of the same value or will apply the original purchase price toward the purchase of prescription glasses.

Non-prescription sunglasses qualify for a 14-day exchange or in-store credit. We will replace your sunglasses with the same model or a model of equal value if they break due to a manufacturer’s defect within one year of the original purchase date.***

and sunglasses as often as necessary for as long as you own them.
